There are some apps in the market which are really useful for developing android apps. Here are some of them which I use personally.
GoF Design Patterns – Pocket overview of alle design patterns in languages like java, c++ and others
Android UI Patters gives a short overview of UI Patterns for Android like ActionBars, Fragments , Dashboard and many more.
Last but not least – Google Dev Helper which gives an overview of all speeches of Google IO 2010/2011 and hopefully of 2012. Its basically a link collection to all videos or presentations.
